*Gold Plan coverage includes standard labor charges.  Overtime charges will apply for after hours service.  Parts excluded from plan are refrigeration circuit (evaporator and condenser coils), compressor, and heat exchanger.

Each service plan provides scheduled service to maintain efficient performance, increase energy savings, and help prevent costly repair bills on your heating and cooling system.  Purchase of any plan makes you a Wichita Preferred Customer and gives you priority status in emergency situations.
